Family friendly but could be better

I had a stay during peak season which is always a gamble but lucked out with the really good customer service when the staff were helpful saving us from a parking ticket and the room was clean and freshly done

The location shines with close proximity to bus stops and a Morrisons supermarket right next door, making runs for supplies a breeze. The accessibility to Acton Town station means quick links to the rest of the city, a definite plus when navigating the hustle.

The room I got had some issues that just can't be overlooked. Cracks in the walls and a window that wouldn't shut properly made for a rather uncomfortable experience, especially when noise from the outside crept in at night. On top of that, the carpet felt unclean, and it didn't help that the chair in the room was ripped. For a place that sells itself as modern, having no blinds on the window and an old-school locking mechanism felt a bit off. A disappointment for sure, and definitely not what I expected.

Wow, the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us when we had issues finding a place. The room was new and cozy. Loved the breakfast options – something for everyone! Just a heads up, parking can be tricky during the week. Still, it’s worth it for the experience!

Had a blast at Zushi with some cracking sushi rolls, and the outdoor dining vibes at The Aeronaut were top-notch for a cheeky pint! The staff were super polite and quick with our requests too.

A bit dodgy with the room setups—our girls' twin was a shabby affair on the second floor and the lock felt like it belonged in the 80s. Not cool, but still managed some laughs over it.

Request for refurbished rooms for better comfort, as some rooms seem a bit outdated.

The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was quite disappointing, with dust and stains prompting concerns about hygiene. I feel they could really improve by focusing on better housekeeping standards.

Solo traveler beware

The location is quite an advantage with it being just a short walk to the tube and a large supermarket nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious my room was despite a few stains on the carpet.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for the price it was still acceptable.
